Employee Onboarding

Welcome to the Equans onboarding system. This system is designed to streamline our health & safety induction process, on completion you will be able to access our projects for a 12 month period following an additional short site-specific induction. After this period lapses you will be required to complete the process again.

A short video explaining Equans’ Safety First campaigns and our key guidance around staying safe on our sites will then be followed by 15 questions. 13 questions must be answered correctly to allow the process to move on to the next sections.

After successfully completing this section you will be prompted to input your CSCS card details, information about your profession and relevant qualifications. The information submitted will be stored on the system, which can then be accessed by our site teams.
